Player Itineraries
Location & Venue
Showtime is located at the Capelli Sport Complex in Tinton Falls, New Jersey - located just 6 miles from the Monmouth County beaches and 39 miles from Newark Airport. Please note, all meals, drinks, and lodging are the responsibility of the player/family. There is a concession stand between fields #5 and #6 offering food and beverages.
With a continued focus on limited numbers (total player slots have stayed the same for 16 years) and creating exposure (1 field for each graduating class), we have been able to bring the best players from all across the US to compete against one another. Every D1 School in the nation attends Maverik Showtime.
Required Participation
All participants must attend:
- Team practice shortly after check-in
- Evening game on day #1
- Morning, afternoon, evening game on day #2
- Morning game on day #3
- All-Star Game on day #3 if applicable
Equipment Policy
Players will receive a helmet, gloves, and arm pads at Showtime as part of our Title Sponsor's product feedback initiative. Full participation at Showtime is required in order to receive this Maverik equipment.
All players are responsible for bringing their own equipment:
- Helmet
- Shoulder pads
- Arm pads
- Stick(s)
- Rib pads (optional)
- Sneakers
- Cleats
- Mouth piece
In other words, whatever equipment you wear when you play, except for the Maverik gear that will be provided.
Refund Policy
Payments are made in full and are final, unless cancellation is due to a health related emergency, in which case a 50% refund may be processed with a note from a medical physician no less than 30 days prior the event. There will be NO health/injury related refunds issued after that.
Important Notice for NY State Public School Players
Due to the New York State school calendar for 2024-25, there exists the possibility that a Regents Exam or final exam may be administered during the days of Showtime. Please make sure you have NO conflicts with a Regents Exam or Final Exam prior to applying. There will be no refunds for a CONFIRMED/ACCEPTED Showtime participant for an EXAM/TEST conflict.
